The generator builds, at your exact dimensions, the models a workshop needs every day: finger-joint box, compartment organiser, keychain and engraved plaque. You enter the sizes in millimetres and the real thickness of your material, and the file is computed for that thickness: this is what separates a joint that holds from a box that gapes at the corners.
Every download contains the vector SVG, the LightBurn project (.lbrn2), GRBL G-code (.nc) for directly driven machines, assembly instructions and the bilingual licence. You open the model in the software you already use, with no conversion and no redrawing.
The tool is entirely free and needs no account: that is a deliberate choice, because a file is worthless without the right engraving and cutting settings, and those settings live in the site's database. Generation happens server-side from parametric formulas, so there is no library of copied files and no motif borrowed from a third party.
Before running a batch, always cut one test piece: measure the real thickness with callipers — plywood sold as 3 mm often measures 2.7 to 3.2 mm — and check the joint fit on an offcut. A tenth of a millimetre turns a tight joint into a glued one.
